Herczeg of KW Commercial sells 17,000 s/f historical Williston West Church

Ed Herczeg of KW Commercial represented international buyer, Majella Global Technology Developments LLC, in the purchase of Williston West Church, 32 Thomas St. Majella Global will use the 17,000 s/f as home based offices. The turn-of-the-century building was built in 2 stages. The Sanctuary was designed by Francis Fassett in 1877 and the Rectory was designed by John Calvin Stevens in 1904. Majella plans to bring the property up to code while maintaining the historical value and allowing the 6,000 s/f sanctuary for some type of community use. Nate Stevens of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company represented the seller, Williston West Church.
