Hepler appointed vice president - leasing at Bierbrier Development

Jess Hepler, Bierbrier Development

Lexington, MA Bierbrier Development, a Lexington-based shopping center developer, has appointed Jess Hepler as vice president - leasing. Hepler will report directly to the president and have responsibility for overseeing the marketing and leasing of the Bierbrier service/convenience portfolio concentrated in the greater Boston area.

Hepler, a 23-year veteran of Yum Brands, comes to Bierbrier Development with senior experience in commercial real estate and will focus on leasing both the existing portfolio and assisting in the leasing aspects of future shopping center acquisitions. Hepler will also be on the team guiding corporate advertising and communications, social media initiatives and brand management. Hepler holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from Brigham Young University.

“As we continue to grow our portfolio, we are delighted to have Hepler join us to strengthen the senior management team at Bierbrier Development,” said the company’s president, Len Bierbrier.
