Healey and Tamposi of CBRE/NE execute 10,800 s/f office/flex lease to White Birch Brewing

460 Amherst Street - Nashua, NH

Nashua, NH According to CBRE/New England, a lease totaling 10,800 s/f of office/flex space was executed with White Birch Brewing–a craft brewing company–at 460 Amherst St. White Birch Brewing started out in Hooksett in 2009, offering its own craft brews. Their relocation will allow for a larger production facility and tasting/visitor center for tours and tasting events. The space is currently in the fit-up stage and should be open for business this month.

CBRE/NE’s Chris Healey represented the tenant and CBRE/NE’s Mike Tamposi represented the landlord, Adamian Realty Trust.

460 Amherst St. is located in a business center along Rte. 101A. The property is configured for a mixture of office and light-assembly usage. 460 Amherst St. is located at a signalized intersection and offers highway access to the F.E. Everett Tpke. (Rte. 3) via Exit 8. The property is also near retail, dining, hotel, day care, health clubs and conference facilities.

“It was a challenging process to identify suitable options for White Birch Brewing given their needs for production, distribution and tasting room/visitor center, but they were a pleasure to work with,” said Healey. “Dave’s patience and efforts to act once the right space became available are what allowed us to capitalize on securing their new location. I’m confident their business will continue to grow and they’ll reap the benefits of their new location for many years to come.”

“We were happy to facilitate this transaction on behalf of the landlord, Adamian Realty Trust,” said Tamposi. “460 Amherst St. offers competitive lease rates with a fantastic landlord. This is a win-win for both parties. The landlord secured an excellent tenant with a long-term lease and with the larger space the tenant will be able to grow their business in a very desirable location on Amherst Street, which will provide them with great exposure.”

“We at White Birch Brewing are excited to relocate to our new facility in Nashua, New Hampshire. We believe the timing was right and the new location is fantastic. We will be able to provide easier access, great atmosphere and top-quality beer all wrapped up in a convenient location,” said Dave Herlicka, owner of White Birch Brewing. “The team of professionals that have helped us with this project have been superb. Starting with Chris Healey to building ownership and the General Contractor, this move has been stressful but smooth. We can’t wait to continue our operation in Nashua and look forward to many, many great years of new friendships and success!”
