Pete Hayes of Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry represented Jacobs Engineering in the negotiation of a 4,400 s/f office lease at Rising Sun Mills.
Mark Van Noppen with The Armory Revival Company represented Rising Sun Mills.
This mixed-use development has 120,000 s/f of office space, 135 apartment units, retail, is part of the historic Federal Hill area, and abuts the bike path.
