Hayes of Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry leases 23,359 s/f
Bank Rhode Island signed a new ten-year lease for 18,359 s/f of office space and 5,000 s/f of retail branch space at the iconic Turks Head Building in the central business district.
Pete Hayes of Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry represented Bank Rhode Island in the transaction and Lisa Marrocco and the landlord, Gary Brandeis, represented 76 Westminster Street, LLC.
