Harris of Redstone completes two leases totaling 184,000 s/f and 18 acres

Duncan Harris of Redstone represented The Vermont Hard Cider Company in the lease of a 132,000 s/f warehouse building. Vermont Hard Cider produces Woodchuck Hard Cider and will utilize the property as a warehouse and distribution center. Steve Donahue of Donahue and Associates represented the landlord. Harris also represented Geiger of Austria in the sale of their property at 38 Pond Lane in Middlebury. The sale included a 52,000 s/f manufacturing facility and 18 acres in the Middlebury Industrial Park. Duncan procured the buyer, BAT RE.
