Harris of Redstone completes sale of 800 Hinesburg Road
Duncan Harris of Redstone represented Winthrop Realty Trust and WRT-South Burlington Property, LLC in the sale of 800 Hinesburg Rd. The property is a 17.32 acre parcel improved with a 53,732 s/f office building. Harris was responsible for procuring the buyer, Pizzagalli Properties, LLC.
