Harrington & Company sells 75,060 s/f industrial warehouse for $4.1 million - Anagnost of Anagnost Realty and Development reps buyer

Manchester, NH Harrington & Company completed the sale of 80 Ross Ave., a 75,060 s/f industrial warehouse fully leased to E&R Laundry & Dry Cleaners. Mike Harrington, CRE, from Harrington & Co. was hired by the Loiselle Family Limited Partnership, to evaluate their real estate, provide a strategy to market the property, negotiate the terms of the transaction and to execute the sale. 80 Ross Ave. has been owned for decades by the same family related to the owners of the L E Bagley & Co., Warehouse and Storage of Manchester. 

This industrial warehouse with 23.5’ to 24’ clear heights was originally built in 1968, expanded in 1996 and sits on 3.19 acres with visibility from I-293.  The property is located off Gold St. in Manchester’s industrial/commercial zone. 

The property sold for $4.1 million to 252 Willow Street, LLC which was represented by Dick Anagnost of Anagnost Realty and Development.
