“19 Sea Ridge was an exceptional opportunity not to be missed by in-state buyers who recognize the value and potential,” said Dan Harding. “Especially since there are very few properties available that are waterfront with stunning views throughout in a highly desirable neighborhood. It was also the utmost compliment to have a family entrust us with the sale of a home that’s been in their family for generations.”

Collectively, the Hardings rank as the top selling agents in town, based on 2023 transaction volume. Additionally, the Hardings participated in the highest single-family home sale in town in 2023, as well as the highest condo sale in town’s history.

According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks the second highest sale in Rhode Island year-to-date.
