Hanna and Barnes of Cassidy Turley complete 11,089 s/f lease

Cassidy Turley completed an 11,089 s/f lease on behalf of Springstone Financial LLC at 1700 West Park Dr. Springstone Financial, a rapidly growing specialty finance company that provides payment plans for patients and medical practices, is relocating from its office at 2 Park Central Dr. in Southborough to Westborough Office Park. Senior managing director, principal Kevin Hanna and associate Connor Barnes of Cassidy Turley represented Springstone Financial LLC in the transaction. The landlord, Equus Capital Partners, was represented by Alison Powers and Bob McGuire of CB Richard Ellis. Westborough Office Park is a 374,711 s/f campus comprised of four buildings and is located near I-495 and Rte. 9. The office park includes an onsite cafe, a shared conference center, online management resources, a tenant-only fitness center and walking and jogging trails. Additional tenants include Vanguard Health, Courion Corporation and Chitika. "The property in Westborough is a premier office space that will allow Springstone Financial to continue providing personalized customer service and best in class payment solutions to the patients and medical practices we serve," said Jim Donovan, chief operating officer of Springstone Financial. "We believe Westborough Office Park will be the perfect location for Springstone Financial as it provides top notch amenities for our employees and will support our aggressive growth plans." "We were pleased to partner with Springstone Financial to assist with its leasing needs," said Barnes. "Situated in the heart of the I-495 West office market, this amenity-rich building will only add to the success Springstone Financial has already achieved."
