Halprin of N.E. Retail Properties handles 5 leases at 2 separate props.

Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties, Inc. recelty handled five new leases in Conn. He exclusively represented the landlord in the leasing of a newly built Chili's Grill & Bar, a 6,100 s/f quick casual dining restaurant, at The Shoppes at Larson Farms which is located at 1379 Farmington, Ave. The Shoppes at Larson Farms is a 60,000 s/f development on 8.65 acres of land located off I-84 and Rte. 6. The tenant was exclusively represented by Atlantic Retail Properties, Inc of Boston, Mass. Also, at The Shoppes at Larson Farms, Halprin exclusively represented the landlord in the lease of L.A. Fitness, a 45,000 s/f fitness center. The tenant was exclusively represented by Sullivan Hayes Companies Northeast of Farmington. LA Fitness International, LLC, builds stores that feature a full line of exercise equipment, swimming pool and racquetball courts. They currently operate 265 stores in the U.S. and four stores in Canada. In another transaction, Halprin exclusively represented the landlord in the leasing of a newly built Arby's Restaurant, a quick service restaurant, at The Shoppes at Larson Farms. The tenant was exclusively represented by Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, LLC of Westport. Halprin also exclusively represented the lease of BFS Retail & Commercial Operations, LLC d/b/a Firestone, a 7,653 s/f auto care center, at Copaco Shopping Center which is located at 335 Cottage Grove Rd., Bloomfield. Copaco Shopping Center is a 450,000 s/f shopping center located off I-91 and Rte. 218. Halprin was the sole broker in this deal and represented the landlord, Amcap Copaco, LLC. Also, New England Retail Properties, Inc. has just completed a lease with Oluchi Day Spa at the Copaco Shopping Center. Halprin was the only broker involved in this transaction and represented Amcap Copaco. Copco Shopping Center consists of 450,000 s/f of regional and national retail tenants including Super Stop & Shop Supermarket, Lowe's Home Improvement Centers, Burlington Coat Factory, CVS Pharmacy, Eblens Clothing and Footwear, McDonald's, IHOP and many more.
