H&H Builders renovates South Boston's Bayview Residences

Bayview of Boston Assoc., L.P. has contracted H&H Builders to renovate existing 20,000 s/f assisted living/memory support facility at 1230 Columbia Rd. Scope of work will include new commercial kitchen, dining rooms, beauty parlors, country kitchens, activities room, as well as resident units, to include structural steel, masonry, extensive plumbing and HVAC. Remodeling/redesign of exterior of building with a new vestibule and front porch to create a newer South Boston charm. Work to be completed by end of this year.
