GVA Williams leases 3,816 s/f at 65 Franklin St.

John Hennessey and Stephen Lombardi of GVA Williams represented Fennick McCredie Architecture, Ltd. in its recent 3,816 s/f lease at 65 Franklin St. The landlord, The Finch Group, was represented by Matthew Twombley of Grubb & Ellis. Fennick McCredie chose to move to the Downtown Crossing location due to the excellent value, access to public transportation, and multitude of nearby shopping and restaurant amenities. The building, originally built in 1873, was renovated in 1990.
