CresaPartners brokers 8,523 s/f lease expansion in Cambridge

Dan Sullivan and Adam Subber of CresaPartners recently represented Simon Kucher & Partners (SKP) in an 8,523 s/f lease expansion of its office at 1 Canal St. The expansion adds nearly 50% to SKP's space within the 98,000 s/f Class A building. CresaPartners also handled project management in the transaction. SKP, a business consulting firm based in Germany, was looking to grow into more contiguous space. The landlord, Equity Office, was represented by Eric Smith and Steve Purpura from Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. CresaPartners in Boston is one of New England's largest corporate real estate advisory firms focusing on tenant representation and corporate services.
