According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Rich Guralnick, CCIM has completed a 5,000 s/f lease transaction at 33 Business Park Dr. to GigaCyte, LLC. The bio-tech firm is expanding into this facility where it will continue its work of developing, producing and marketing investigative products for embryo culture and stem cell research. The new labs are being constructed by the property owners and occupancy is scheduled for February/March.
