Guilford Development Partners completes construction of Tractor Supply store
Tractor Supply - Guilford, CTGuilford, CT Guilford Development Partners, LLC an affiliate of New England Retail Properties, Inc. of Wethersfield, Conn. has completed construction of Tractor Supply’s 1,465th store, the 12th store in Conn. After 5 years of investigation and reviewing numerous sites, the selected property is a portion of the former Sullivan Apple Farm on Rte. 1.
The team which took this from ground up to open store were Mark D’Addabbo, Matthew Darling and James Stachelek from Guilford Partners, developers; Mary Meehan and Matthew Krokov from PeoplesBank in Holyoke who provide both construction and permanent financing for the project; Tom Moriarty of Moriarty, Petzold & Sherwood who handed the lease negotiations; Jim Cassidy, PE who’s firm was responsible for the civil engineering, Oxford Architecture from Nashville, TN acted as the building design firm; WR Newman also from Nashville TN handled the building construction and Xenelis Construction of Middlefield, CT was responsible for the site work.
