Guidicelli of Regions Commercial completes $850,000 sale

9-11 Covey Road - Glastonbury, CT
Glastonbury, CT Michael Guidicelli, CCIM, SIOR, of Regions Commercial, LLC completed the sale of a 100% occupied, multi-tenant strip center at 9-11 Covey Rd., and contiguous vacant land at 245 Spielman Highway, Burlington, Conn. for $850,000. Guidicelli was the sole broker.
Financing was provided by Collinsville Savings Society in Canton.
