Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England leases 37,500 s/f flex space to Vaupell Rapid Solutions

According to JTT Associates and Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England, Vaupell Rapid Solutions has leased 37,500 s/f at 20 Executive Dr. The owners of the 75,000 s/f flex facility, JTT Assoc., completed a major renovation of office, R+D, manufacturing and warehouse space for Vaupell. "A significant amount of improvements to the interior and exterior of the building have transformed the facility into one of the premier locations in the area," said Bob Rohrer of Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England. Improvements such as new high efficiency lighting, low-e windows and HVAC systems, will make Vaupell's premises energy efficient and user friendly. Additional upgrades to the office area and manufacturing area provides Vaupell significant benefits to its manufacturing processes, while its employees will have a superior place to work. Fulcrum Associates, Inc. carried out the $1.2 million renovation with precision, allowing Vaupell to move in to the space ahead of schedule. "The team of Fulcrum Associates and Grubb & Ellis|NNE took an active interest in our success far beyond what I would have expected. Their interest and experience helped us avoid many problems that inevitably pop up in a project of this scope. Working with this team was a very positive experience," said Steve Ettelson, vice president for commercial and medical for Vaupell Molding & Tooling, Inc.
