Grubb & Ellis | NNE completes 87,000 s/f long-term lease to GL&V

According to Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England, GL&V, a global provider of technological solutions used in the paper and pulp industry, has entered into a long-term lease of 87,000 s/f at 1 Cellu Dr. 1 Cellu is a 228,000 s/f manufacturing and distribution facility recently acquired by Liberty Properties. Bob Rohrer, Neal Barrett and Bob Cavanna of Grubb & Ellis|NNE represented the owner and Larry Hirsch, of Hirsch Properties, represented the tenant. Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England assisted Liberty Props. in its purchase of 1 Cellu Dr. in December of 2010. Rohrer said, "It is gratifying to see this building restored to 100% utilization, with increased employment, so soon after its previous corporate owner shuttered it."
