CBRE|The Boulos Company has negotiated more than 44,000 s/f of leases in September. Some of the transactions include: * Merry Maids has leased 1,350 s/f of office space at 163 US Rte. One, Scarborough, from Darrell Delong. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and tenant by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, of CBRE|Boulos. * Abilis New England, Inc. has leased 4,823 s/f of office space at 245 Commercial St., Portland, from Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Company. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR and on behalf of the tenant by Justin Lamontagne, both of CBRE|Boulos. * NetProspex has leased a 653 s/f office suite at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester. Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|Boulos, represented the tenant and the landlord, The October Corp. * Magellan Petroleum, a Maine corporation, has relocated their corporate headquarters from Hartford, CT to Portland.
