East Providence, RI Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties has leased 4,880 s/f to ANLI Academy at Hemmingway Dr. ANLI is a beautician school that has experienced significant growth teaching cutting edge nail technology and eye lash extensions to individuals looking to get into the beautician field. ANLI decided to come to Hemingway Dr. because of the ample parking, ease of access from highways and the landlord’s speed in reaching acceptable terms and executing a lease.
