Greenman of Capstone Properties brokers 11,400 s/f lease to CBT
East Providence, RI Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties represented Core Business Technologies (CBT) of East Providence in the lease of 11,400 SF at 950 Warren Ave.
CBT has grown significantly in East Providence and was focused in staying in that community for the benefit of their employees.
Capstone was able to find suitable space that could quickly be upgraded to meet CBD’s requirements in the midst of the pandemic. Hayes & Sherry represented the landlord.
