Warwick, RI Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties represented KateDen LLC in the $600,000 acquisition of land at 341 Providence St. at New London Ave. for the development of their 37^th Dunkin location in RI and CT. It was a challenging site to permit due to the configuration of the roads and high traffic counts but the developer’s patience and persistence was rewarded. Greenman has represented KateDen for more than 20 years and they continue to seek additional locations throughout Rhode Island.

The land was sold by Whitney Group, Inc. and they represented themselves.
