Chris Greenman and Neil Amper, SIOR have leased 6,000 s/f of retail space located at 684 Kingstown Rd., Wakefield.
Greenman represented CVS in subleasing the space and Amper represented Sears Homestore. The store will sell appliances and home products and function as a catalogue pick up location.
The owner Neal Lacomb operates multiple locations throughout New England and is relocating this store from another location.
