Greene of Compass sells 74 Hazard Ave. for $1.66 million

Providence, RI Compass has sold 74 Hazard Ave. for $1.66 million. Kira Greene, founding agent of Compass Providence, represented the seller and facilitated the buyer.

This Freeman Plat brick Tudor style home on the city’s East Side features four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and numerous custom updates. Centrally located within the neighborhood, the property is near shops and restaurants of Wayland Sq., Thayer and Hope Sts.
