Greene of Compass and Ladd of Lila Delman Compass sell 170 Blackstone Boulevard - $3.695m

Providence, RI Compass negotiated the sale of 170 Blackstone Blvd. for $3.695 million. Kira Greene, a founding agent of Compass Providence, represented the seller. Debby Ladd of Lila Delman Compass’ Little Compton office represented the buyer. According to data maintained by RI Statewide MLS, this transaction marks the highest sale ever on Blackstone Boulevard, and the second highest sale in Providence year-to-date.

The Blackstone Blvd. property has over 6,000 s/f of living space and features six bedrooms, four full and two half baths and outdoor entertaining space. This home is located on a 10,000 s/f corner lot on the East Side of the city.
