Goss of NAI Norwood Group leases 3,900 s/f to Adaptations Unlimited
Charles Goss, of NAI Norwood Group, assisted lessee Adaptations Unlimited (Kitchen and Bath) in their search and negotiations in leasing their new 3,900 s/f store location on Fox Run Rd. adjacent to Wal-Mart.
Adaptations Unlimited was required to move from its Dover Point location due to expansion of Spaulding Turnpike.
According to Adaptations owner, Steve Kniaz, "Goss's recommendation of positioning the new store across from Wal-Mart in Newington was an excellent choice and will increase the overall value of the business."
