Goodfellow Real Estate sells 108 Mill Plain Road for $3.25 million
According to Todd Payne, SIOR president of Goodfellow Real Estate, the office building located at 108 Mill Plain Rd. was sold by RTTT Investments, LLC. to Crescent Road Partners, LLC. for $3.25 million. The seller, Joe Murphy, was represented by Goodfellow's Kyle Ely; HK Partners represented the buyer, Victor Chaves.
The three-story, 22,065 s/f office building is located just off of Exit 2 on I-84. Currents tenants included Wells Fargo Bank and Securitas.
