The property is owned and managed by Benerofe Properties which has numerous holdings in Connecticut and New York.
Godin continues to market the remaining 18,000 s/f portion of space that is ideal for warehouse or manufacturing.
The new tenant, Heitkamp, Inc. of Watertown, is a full service water and wastewater utility infrastructure rehabilitation company and will be utilizing the facility for storage and expansion of their operations.
