Ed Godin Jr., a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently represented both parties in the sale of a 13,000 s/f warehouse facility at 2 Alliance Circle. The facility is situated on eight acres and includes an additional adjoining parcel of land in the Pines Bridge Industrial Park. The sale price was $1.45 million.
The building features a 3,600 s/f mezzanine area, 3,000 s/f of offices, 22 ft. ceilings, one dock and six overhead doors. The seller was 589 Investments LLC, Oxford.
The buyer, Total Energy Corporation, is based in New York and will utilize a portion of the property for its operations. It is a diversified energy products company providing a broad range of specialized services to utilities and industrial clients worldwide.
