Glickman Kovago and Company sells 224,396 s/f for $260,000
Glickman Kovago and Company completed the sale of land between James Andrews, III and Shawn Andrews of 1930 Gilbertville Rd., New Braintree Mass. and GC NF New England, LLC. The 224,396 s/f site, located at 195 West St. sold for $260,000.
Cumberland Farms purchased the site and recently began construction of their 4,513 s/f convenience store and fueling station, slated to open Q1 2015. The site is a relocation of an older Cumberland Farms store across the street.
