Glaskin of Coldwell Banker handles $3.7m off-market sale

Newton, MA Coldwell Banker Commercial has facilitated the off-market sale of a retail center located at 1144-1152 Beacon St. in the Four Corners area of town. The transaction was valued at $3.7 million.

Todd Glaskin, a commercial real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial, helped facilitate the transaction. The buyer, 1144-1152 Beacon St. LLC, has added this as an investment property to their portfolio of holdings.

The one-story building totals 9,350 s/f, situated on 0.44 acres and has off-street parking and over 100 feet of retail frontage.

“This property is located within Newton Four Corners just outside of Newton Centre and offered a great investment opportunity on highly desirable Beacon St. with a rare mix of strong local and national retail tenants. We facilitated the off-market transaction for two long-time clients in both the buyer and seller,” said Glaskin.
