According to John Bergin, senior vice president of George J. Smith & Son Real Estate, an industrial condo at 70 Raton Dr. has been sold. The industrial condo was previously the home of Bray Custom Rods, maker of fresh and saltwater fishing rods. They also provided expert refinishing and repairs of the rods, including bamboo rod restoration.
The condo was sold to the Able Company (Associated Boiler Line Equipment Co.). Their products include boilers, burners and controls.
