Giuttari of MG Commercial sells 60,000 s/f industrial building for $3.1 million
Warwick, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR, president of MG Commercial Real Estate has sold a 60,000 s/f, modern industrial building at 1280 Jefferson Blvd. for 1280 Jefferson Boulevard, LLC to an investment group from Manchester, N.H. for $3.1 million. The purchaser was looking to add to their holdings and continue to grow the self-storage portion of their portfolio known as True Storage.
1280 Jefferson Blvd. is located on 2.5 acres and is two miles from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport. In addition, it is one mile to the Airport Connector Rd. and two miles to I-95.
