Giuttari of MG Commercial handles $3.15 million sale of mixed-use center for Lacroix Realty to an investment group

Woonsocket, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR, president of MG Commercial, has sold a 40,000 s/f, mixed-use center of retail and office space at 2168 Diamond Hill Rd. for Lacroix Realty to an investment group from Billerica, Mass. for $3.15 million. The purchaser was looking to add to their holdings and go outside of Mass.

2168 Diamond Hill Rd. is a four-building complex, each 10,000 s/f, made up of office and retail spaces including the Social Security Administration, the RI Blood Center, H&R Block, Beltone, and other service uses such as a gym and a day care center.
