Giuttari and Steingold of MG Commercial Real Estate sell 14,080 s/f for $1.385 million: Ross of Hart represents Airgas in lease of 522 Jefferson Boulevard

Michael Giuttari, SIOR and Larry Steingold from MG Commercial Real Estate structured the sale of the former LJ Crane facility at 522 Jefferson Blvd. through a receivership and sold the property to 522 Jefferson, LLC for $1.385 million. The 3 acre site includes a 14,080 s/f facility with office space, a retail showroom, sales area and warehousing space. Subsequently, Giuttari placed a long term lease on the site for 522 Jefferson, LLC, with Airgas, Inc. for the entire property. Airgas was represented by Art Ross, SIOR from Hart Corp.. Airgas will be moving from 231 Jefferson Blvd. and tripling its size, both in building area and land area.
