Giuttari and Morse of MG Comm'l. lease 8,200 s/f to ThyssenKrupp Elevator
Mike Giuttari, SIOR and Darryl Morse, vice president of MG Commercial have leased 8,200 s/f to ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corp. at 44 Albion Rd.
Giuttari represented the landlord. Morse represented the tenant.
44 Albion Rd. is an 18,000 s/f office/warehouse property. The ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corp lease brings the building to 100% occupancy.
