Giuttari and Mitchell of MG Commercial sell 22,500 s/f office for $3.15 million

Cranston, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR and Leeds Mitchell, SIOR of MG Commercial have sold a 22,500 s/f office building located at 1 Capital Way for WJS LLC of Providence, to Comprehensive Community Action, Inc. of Cranston for $3.15 million.

The property will be used by Comprehensive Community Action for administrative office space, and they will share the building with a pre-existing tenant, CLA, an accounting firm. The building will remain full at this time.

Giuttari and Mitchell represented the seller, WJS, and brought in the buyer to complete the transaction. 

1 Capital Way was completely refurbished in 2015.
