Giso joins Bierbrier Development’s advisory board in Lexington

Lexington, MA According to Len Bierbrier, president of Bierbrier Development, Frank Giso corporate counsel for the firm will join their advisory board. 

Giso brings wide ranging transactional experience with a commercial real estate practice focus including entity creation, advice on tax implications and documentation of transaction management issues in the area of real estate. Giso served as chairman of the real estate department at Choate Hall & Stewart from 1990 to 2000 and, during his career at Choate; he represented a wide range of clients including national REITs, non-profits, lenders and developers. Giso received his undergraduate degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Brown University and graduated magna cum laude from Cornell Law School.
