Kenneth Girvin, principal of Chandler Company LLC, a Boston-based commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in the sale and leasing of office and retail properties in the greater Boston area, represented CHP Consulting in the long term leasing of 3,395 s/f of office space at 31 Milk St., a 102,000 s/f commercial building in the Financial District. Patrick Buckley and Michael McElaney of Colliers Meredith & Grew negotiated the lease on behalf of the building owner, KS Partners LLC.
