Providence, RI Matthew Giokas and Walter Steinkrauss of Paramount Partners brokered the sale of 156 Westminster St. to Presidio Capital Management for $2.2 million.
The four-story, 13,000 s/f office building is located on downtown Providence’s business and retail corridor. The building is 90% leased.
Giokas and Steinkrauss of Paramount Partners represented the seller in this transaction, 156 Westminster Street LLC, and procured the buyer. The buyer hired Paramount to lease the 1,300 s/f vacancy on the second floor.
