Gilkie, Boudrot and Allen of NAI Hunneman represents PGA Realty in 24,901 s/f lease to MyWord!

Methuen, MA NAI Hunneman’s leasing & advisory services group recently completed a 24,901 s/f lease transaction with MyWord! at 1 Aegean Dr. The sign company is moving its operations from Dracut.

NAI Hunneman senior vice president David Gilkie, executive vice president Jim Boudrot, and assistant vice president Mike Allen represented the landlord PGA Realty while the tenant was represented by Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co.

“The property was well suited for a manufacturing user due to its heavy power, open floor plan, industrial/ manufacturing neighbors, and easy access to I-93, I- 495 and I-95,” said Gilkie

Located in the heart of the I-93 North Industrial Market, 1 Aegean Dr. totals 43,500 s/f of manufacturing, R&D and office space with convenient highway access and a wealth of area amenities.
