Brown of Campanelli and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handle 22,600 s/f to Healthcare Financial - Trivelas and Galeota of Cushman & Wakefield represent tenant

Quincy, MA Campanelli signed a lease with Healthcare Financial, Inc. at Heritage Two for 22,600 s/f. In collaboration with Peter Brown, director of leasing at Campanelli, the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank suburban team of Mike Frisoli and Matt Morgan, with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank downtown brokers Dave Martel and Molly Davis, serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the property. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield managing director Peter Trivelas and senior vice president Rebecca Galeota. Healthcare Financial is the 15th company to relocate to Quincy’s Heritage Landing since the campus was purchased by Campanelli in 2013.

Healthcare Financial, a leader in patient advocacy, will be relocating its headquarters from Downtown Boston on June 1. The company, which signed a long-term lease, is set to occupy the entire seventh floor at Heritage Two.  “Seeing respected companies like Healthcare Financial migrate out of Boston to settle at Heritage Landing gives us a great amount of pride,” says Dan DeMarco, a partner at Campanelli. “Our team has worked hard to create a workplace on the South Shore that is attractive to all types and sizes of firms. Our exceptional amenities, most notably immediate proximity to the Red Line, have been the key to our success.”

Healthcare Financial joins Johnston Associates, Windstream and State Street Bank as the one of the many tenants to opt for office space in Quincy over their previous home in Boston.

“The value at Heritage Landing is unbeatable, making our decision to relocate an easy one,” stated Jerry Vitti, CEO of Healthcare Financial.  Healthcare Financial is a progressive, rapidly growing company created with a mission to advocate for the uninsured and underinsured though patented technology, expert legal advice, ongoing government program regulations support, patient advocacy, appeals and HIPAA compliance, specializing in connecting low-income people and disabled individuals with Medicaid and disability benefits.

Since purchasing Heritage Landing in 2013, Campanelli has successfully transformed the campus into one of the fastest-leasing buildings south of Boston, signing more than 270,000 square feet to 17 tenants in a building campus that had previously been vacant for five years.  Over 85% of square footage leased at Heritage Landing has migrated from Boston. Its appealing amenities, Red Line access, proximity to the Hub and rental rates that are 50% less than Downtown Boston and the Seaport have drawn many tenants from the city.

Located directly off Interstate 93 and Route 3A, Heritage Landing is a Class A waterfront campus consisting of three office buildings totaling 518,882 square feet. The buildings are only seven miles from downtown Boston and are directly accessible via the MBTA Red Line “T”. Campanelli has officially unveiled their multi-million dollar renovations; the brand-new amenity package includes sleek new entrances, two cafés featuring downtown eatery Sebastians, two high-end fitness facilities and modern conference centers. The cafés at Heritage One and Two also feature the first-ever Micro-Marts in a multi-tenant suburban building which offers snacks, drinks and sandwiches that can be accessed via a tenant’s FOB 24/7 with an automated pay station. This was created to cater to the young, innovative companies in the building that work off-hours.

Established in 1947, Campanelli is a third generation, full-service commercial real estate development and acquisition company with extensive experience in the industrial, office, medical office, warehouse/distribution, retail, educational and cold storage markets. Campanelli began building homes during WWII and transitioned from residential to commercial real estate in the 1960’s. The team, known for their seamless ability to work with their clients and act as the “real estate division” of a company, has developed 11 business parks in Massachusetts, over 20 million square feet across the nation and provided international development consulting and site selection services. The company’s signature capabilities include land development, design and build, redevelopment and value-added acquisitions. It is Campanelli’s all-encompassing and quality services that have led to its successful track record as a highly-regarded developer; from site selection, feasibility analysis, local, state and federal permitting, to architectural and engineering design, building construction and facilities and property management.
