GHP Office Realty leases 49,408 s/f at 131 Danbury Road in Wilton

GHP Office Realty, LLC, a substantial owner and manager of office properties in both Westchester and Fairfield County has leased 49,408 s/f at 131 Danbury Rd., a 53,000 s/f, 2-story office building. Tracy Locke, an integrated marketing agency, just signed a renewal on their 42,408 s/f office space. Tracy Locke offers marketing communications services to consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, restaurant, and technology companies. Tracy Locke Partnership, Inc. was formerly known as Tracy-Locke Advertising. The company was incorporated in 1913 and is based in Dallas, Texas with additional offices in Wilton and India. Tracy Locke Partnership, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc. The tenant was represented by Lee Feld of Feld Real Estate. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has signed a long-term renewal on their 7,000 s/f office space. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an internationally recognized brand with more than 6,000 neighborhood and airport locations in the United States, Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Germany, France and Spain. GHP Office Realty is the office building division of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC which is presently one of the New York area's leading owners, operators and purchasers of suburban New York commercial and office space.
