GHP Office Realty, LLC, a substantial owner and manager of office properties in both Westchester and Fairfield County has leased 49,408 s/f at 131 Danbury Rd., a 53,000 s/f, 2-story office building.
Tracy Locke, an integrated marketing agency, just signed a renewal on their 42,408 s/f office space. Tracy Locke offers marketing communications services to consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, restaurant, and technology companies. Tracy Locke Partnership, Inc. was formerly known as Tracy-Locke Advertising. The company was incorporated in 1913 and is based in Dallas, Texas with additional offices in Wilton and India. Tracy Locke Partnership, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc. The tenant was represented by Lee Feld of Feld Real Estate.
