George J. Smith & Son sells 3.1-acre parcel to CVS for $3m project

DeForest Smith, CCIM, SIOR, president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate, has sold a 3.1-acre parcel on Rte. 44 to CVS. The seller was an investment group the Smith firm established to purchase a 13-acre parcel. The group sold a portion of the property and doubled its initial investment. Construction is expected to commence soon and be completed this fall. The final project cost will be in excess of $3 million.
