Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate brokered a 9,000 s/f long term lease of warehouse space at 65-145 Furniture Row to Porch & Patio. Russell and Bergin represented the landlord, American General Life and their 200,000 s/f industrial building. Bergin also represented the lessee, Jeff Heitmann, owner of Porch & Patio.
