Carl Russell, executive vice president, and John Bergin, senior vice president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial & Investment Real Estate brokered a 9,000 s/f long term lease of warehouse space at 65-145 Furniture Row to Porch & Patio. Russell and Bergin represented the landlord, American General Life and their 200,000 s/f industrial building. Bergin also represented the lessee, Jeff Heitmann, owner of Porch & Patio. Porch & Patio has been in business since 1950.
A new facade and interior has transformed the old Porch & Patio building. Porch & Patio offers all the top brands of outdoor furniture, wicker and rattan, fireplace furnishings, umbrellas, canopies, and accessories. With its newly renovated store and 9,000 s/f of warehouse they are ready to meet all of their customers casual furniture needs.
