Three separate office buildings located on lower Meriden Rd. (Conn. Rte. 69) were all sold to separate buyers for $1 million by Francis T. Of interest to the individual buyers was the location close to the Brass Mill Center Mall and the high traffic count exposure of 23,000 cars daily on Meriden Rd. near East Main St.
