George and Manny Sarkis of Douglas Elliman sell penthouse at The Parker for $5.368 million

Boston, MA The Parker, a new luxury condo on the edge of Boston Common, sold a penthouse for $5.368 million. This home is one of the priciest sales in the Midtown neighborhood so far this year and was sold by Douglas Elliman’s George and Manny Sarkis.

This sale comes as the high end of the city’s luxury real estate market continues to skyrocket. According to Douglas Elliman’s latest market report, Boston is seeing the highest number of transactions year-to-date since 2019 for sales at the highest end of the market, and the average price ($1,550,548) and median price ($958,000) of all transactions in downtown are both record-setting numbers for the last five years (2019 to YTD23).

The residents have access to The Parker’s amenities inspired by private membership clubs, including a rooftop lounge overlooking Boston Common and the first condo fitness center designed by the Gronkowski family’s Gronk Fitness.

This is the first penthouse to be sold at the development, and it’s actually two purchases in one – the buyer loved the building so much that they bought two, two-bedroom penthouse units and is combining them, for a total of 2,486 s/f.

Homes at The Parker have been designed by Linda Zarifi and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, oak flooring, Italian marble islands and backsplashes, and top-of-the-line appliances.
