Geenty Group leases 1,094 s/f at Thimble Creek office condos

According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR and president of The Geenty Group, Realtors of Branford, Drs. Hotchkiss, Reynolds and Simon of Connecticut Kidney Center in Orange have recently leased 1,094 s/f of office space for their Branford satellite in the Thimble Creek office condominiums. The Thimble Creek office condominiums are located at 420 East Main St. Kristin Geenty represented the tenant while Kevin Geenty, SIOR represented the landlord. Connecticut Kidney Center specializes in the care of patients with kidney disease and hypertension. The Geenty Group has been selected to market the single story rail served 186,000 s/f high ceiling facility at 30 Old Post Rd., Clinton. Owner Kent Home Associates, LLC selected Kristin Geenty and Kevin Geenty as its marketing agents for the building. The building has 14 fully equipped tractor trailer docks as well as drive in capabilities, and while best suited for use by a warehouse distribution company, it could also be used for many light industrial applications.
