Bernard Mussman Assoc. and AMS R.E. broker 16,423 s/f lease
Chris Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates Commercial Real Estate and Vance Taylor of AMS Real Estate have put together a 7-year lease at 259 Great Hill Rd. The tenant, C W Resources, is a multifaceted, accredited organization empowering persons with disabilities and the economically disadvantaged through employment. Incorporated in 1964 (formerly called Constructive Workshops) and the recipient of many national and state awards for performing meaningful vocational services and employment opportunities to persons with disabilities, CW has many centers throughout Conn., as well as in Mass. and R.I.
The lease in Naugatuck is for 16,423 s/f of industrial/flex space. 259 Great Hill Rd. serves as the location for CW Resources bottle and can return center.
